September 2 Update: We received some concerns regarding entries that may not have followed the rules. As some entries may not have followed the rules (i.e size requirement and micro scale), Toys N Bricks reserves the right to make the final call if the votes lead to an a winner that did not follow the rules. We will give it to the next runner up that followed the rules.

Thank you to all participants that entered the Design a LEGO Star Wars Micro Build Scene Set Building Contest (July-August 2020). There are lots of great entries! Contestants, please check to make sure that your entry is included below and that it links to your entry submission.

The contest closed on August 31, 2020 and voting is now open. It would be evaluated by community voting. Please read the evaluation guidelines below and review all entries before determining your vote. Two winners will receive a LEGO Star Wars Prize Package. Prizes are sponsored by Toys N Bricks.

Contest Rules 

  • You must be at least 19 years of age or older to enter (parents can submit on their child’s behalf but only the parent can use the account).
  • You can build your creation with up to a maximum of 250 pieces.
  • The size of the set should be the same size as the 3 previous official LEGO Star Wars Micro Build scene sets (same baseplate measurements in length and width as LEGO 40333 Battle of Hoth Micro Build, LEGO 40362 Battle of Endor Micro Build and LEGO 40407 Death Star II Battle Micro Build).
  • Estimated retail price for the 2021 LEGO Star Wars Micro Build set should be $14.99 USD / $19.99 CAD.
  • Entries must be completely new. (it cannot be from a past contest, event, etc)
  • Entries must be built with LEGO pieces. (no LDD, digital entries, custom brands, custom stickers)
  • You may design and include a LEGO Star Wars Micro Build box art and product description along with the building creation as well.
  • The scene cannot be an exact replica of a LEGO Star Wars Micro Build set that was previously produced by the LEGO Group (i.e it can't be an official set rebuilt - For example, you can build Battle of Hoth. But the design can't be the exact same copy as the official 40333 Battle of Hoth Micro Build where LEGO made in the past).

Voting Guidelines 

  • Contestants can vote 
  • Limit 1 Voting Account Per Household: One household will have 3 points to vote in total. If multiple family members have accounts with Toys N Bricks, please note that only one account can vote. If the contestant participated in the contest, only the contestant can vote in the household.
  • Forum members registered on toysnbricksforum.com after August 31, 2020 at 21:00 PST (September 1, 2020 - 0:00 EST) are not eligible to vote. Basically, if you registered after the contest deadline, you are not eligible.
  • Voting is for one week only and deadline is September 8, 2020 at 21:00 PST (September 9, 2020 - 0:00 EST). All votes would be tallied up after that.

Voting Integrity

Winner will be determined based on votes by the Toys N Bricks community. If you have family members or friends that have signed up for an account, please note that they are not eligible to vote for you. 

Votes that do not follow the rules will have their votes disqualified. Please respect the voting rules and the integrity of the process. We don't want to disappoint anyone by disqualifying their votes. 

How to Vote

  • Votes can be placed in this topic.
  • Each member will have 3 points to vote with (if more than 3 points are given, the vote will not count).
  • Points can be divided amongst three entries (1 point each), two entries (1 point for one, 2 for the other), or one entry (3 points for one entry).
  • State the number, the creation name, the forum member(s) username and the number of points you give to them in the format below.

{number} - {creation name} by {username}: 2 points 

Contestants can vote. However, they can only give a maximum of 2 points to themselves while the other point must go to another member. They cannot give all 3 points to themselves, but must use all 3 points. No other household members that live together can vote for the contestant. If the contestant entered the contest, only the contestant can vote in the household. 

Each forum member account can only vote 3 points in total. If less than five members voted, then the voting period may be extended.

There will be two grand prize winners for LEGO Star Wars Battle Pack Contest and each person will receive the prize package below. Each winner will receive LEGO 8014 Clone Walker Battle Pack, a total of 3 minifigure magnet packs (1 of each type) along with 3 mini polybag sets. They are all brand-new.

Minifigure magnet packs will be opened to confirm that the minifigures are not glued to the magnet and are 100% detachable. Magnet bases will be included. LEGO used to make magnet packs about 10 years ago where the minifigure magnets are not glued.
